Getting Started Article

Connect your account in three steps

  1. Open Settings and choose Connections.
  2. Select your provider and sign in.
  3. Confirm access, then click Save.

The problem

The same questions keep coming in. Your answers are scattered everywhere.

A useful help center gives those answers a permanent home. It helps customers help themselves and gives your team a link to share when a personal response is still needed.

  • Repeated questions

Customers ask how to get started, where a setting is, or how refunds work—and your team answers the same question again next week.

  • Scattered instructions

The right answer lives in an old email, a chat thread, or someone’s memory instead of one place customers can find it.

  • Slow handoffs

Every answer waits on a person to reply, even when the explanation never changes.

You already know the answers. We help make them easy to find.

Let’s Organize Your Answers

What we build

One clear place for the information your customers need

We plan the structure, set up the platform, and write the articles—so your help center is organized from the first day it goes live.

Talk About My Help Center
  1. A help center that looks like your business

Your logo, colors, categories, and helpful links create a consistent experience. Depending on the setup, your help center can also use a connected custom domain.

  2. Articles people can actually use

We turn your approved information into straightforward FAQs, setup guides, instructions, and troubleshooting articles. Each article addresses a real customer question.

  3. Searchable answers

Customers can browse by topic or search for the answer they need. A website help widget can also make your articles accessible from your existing site.

  4. A structure that can grow

Start with the questions you hear most often. Add new articles as your products, policies, and customer needs change.

  5. Visibility into what people need

Article and search activity can help reveal popular topics and gaps in your documentation.

What customers see

A help center built around the customer’s next step

  1. Find an answer

Clear categories and search lead customers to the article that matches their question.

  2. Follow clear steps

Each article explains one task in plain language, in the order customers actually do it.

  3. Know what to do next

Related articles and a clear contact route are there when an article doesn’t solve the problem.

How it works

From scattered answers to a help center you can share

  1. Tell us what customers ask.

Share your website, current FAQs, emails, documents, product instructions, and the questions your team answers repeatedly.

  2. We map the help center.

We recommend categories, an initial article list, navigation, and the best place to link or embed your help center.

  3. We build and write.

We set up your branded knowledge base and draft the agreed articles from information you provide.

Your approval: You review factual details, policies, and instructions before publication.

  4. We launch and improve.

Once approved, we publish the help center and can help keep it current as your business evolves.

Every project starts with an agreed scope and quote based on the number of products, existing materials, articles, and updates needed.

Why HelpBase 360

Good documentation is a customer experience, not a pile of articles.

A help center should answer the question a customer actually has, in language they understand, with a clear next step. We focus on the structure and writing as much as the platform: what belongs in each category, which answers deserve their own page, and where a customer should go if an article does not solve the problem.

The result is a resource your customers can use and your team can keep improving.

  1. A real question“How do I change my plan?”
  2. A clear articlePlain steps, in the right order
  3. A next stepRelated help or a contact route
